Road to NWC2015: South Africa announces team

Netball South Africa (NSA) has announced the SPAR Proteas team for the Netball World Cup SYDNEY 2015, 7 – 16 August.

The SPAR Proteas will continue their road to NWC2015 when they face the Silver Ferns in the New World Netball Series for the Taini Jamison Trophy in July – click here to purchase tickets

Newly appointed head coach and former world championship-winning Australian coach Norma Plummer, selected the SPAR Proteas team following the Diamond Challenge and European Championships.

Ranked sixth in the world, the SPAR Proteas are in Pool C at NWC2015, alongside Malawi, Singapore and Sri Lanka.

The Silver Ferns could face the SPAR Proteas in the Qualification Rounds, depending on results and final placings following the Preliminary Rounds.
